One of my favorite soups is chicken and plum soup.
chop up the chicken depending on how much you want. I usually use 1 large breast for two or three servings.
Add it to water again depending on how much you want.
add, a pinch of nutmeg and bring to a boil, while it is heating to a boil, peel the skin off of about 4 dark purple plums and pull the seeds.
(make sure they are the kind that have the dark red or purple meat too.)
crush the plumbs with a spoon in a bowl then carefully add them to the boiling chicken, be careful not to splash the water onto your arm it hurts!
reduce heat and let it simmer for about 15 minutes or till the chicken is cooked all the way through.
you can add purple cabbage while it simmers if you want to add some texture.
Once the chicken is fully cooked its done.
